Stop Self Hate

I wanted to share a 5 minute video I did where I explain all about my initiative/movement called #StopSelfHate. I have also created a Twitter account @StopSelfHate with self love tweets, quotes, and inspirations!

I want you to see your worth is SO MUCH MORE than self hate! It starts with us to make changes, be the change.

Love who you are.

KNOW your worth.

You are worth MORE than the shit the media tries to sells you.

We are strong, educated, independent, dynamic people who deserve MORE. We can be the change for future generations!

I am starting this now. If anyone wants to join let me know! Please share on twitter, on Facebook, write a blog about what stop self hates means to you, and lets start a grassroots movement fighting for self love, acceptance, and respect!

It is TIME to be the change!!! It starts with a single person – will you join?

I struggle with this all day everyday, and I wish I could feel the way you are wanting people to feel about themselves, luckily I see it for minutes at a time these days, it used to be never at all….I just want it to stop affecting every single aspect of my life, everyday all day long. I really hope you get tons of support. I dont use Twitter but I definitely support you in this ♥

Amira it is all about progress not perfection. I believe self love is a journey, but it is absolutely possible! You are never alone. Keep walking.

Also – thank you for your support. You do not need to be on Twitter, if you are willing to begin your own self love journey that is amazing!!! Thank you for sharing your voice.

Wonderful things you’re doing, as always! Self-hate is really rampant, and I think underlies the cruel ways we treat one another as well. I will start using the hash tag and spread the word as well.
